I started as one of the first iOS developers in Poland (2009!) and building mobile apps is what I love most. My curiosity pushed me into UK startups, R&D of innovative technologies, and growing a broad engineering skillset: mobile, backend, frontend, blockchain, AI/ML, devops...
Today I build good engineering and team management practices. I believe anyone can learn technology. True success is the result of a well selected, managed and motivated team.

Programming is simple!
I wrote this whole site in one afternoon. Programming today is really very simple. It's programmers (some!) who make it look complicated.
There's a GitHub repo, domain and hosting on Cloudflare, wired up by Cursor. It has forms, video, multilingual. And it deploys itself to the internet from my computer.
